hotel design warm lobby helpful staff
i loved the hotel design. the lobby felt warm. hamid was kind and he welcomed me so nicely. my room had a kitchen, this helped me a lot.
breakfast had few hot vegetarian options.

direct trains excellent dinner
The train station's proximity made airport access simple. The room was quiet and very clean. I found the dinner in the restaurant excellent. It also offered very good value.

great location friendly staff european hotel air conditioning missing drawers cooling system
the location is great the train bus and tram stations are right outside the front door i also found plenty of restaurants bars and small grocery stores nearby the staff is friendly and happy to help the breakfast seems typical for european hotels
their description lists air conditioning i found the rooms are not air conditioned they have a cooling system it would not go below 71.5 degrees fahrenheit there were no drawers in the room

street noise uncomfortable temperature
The hotel is very close to public transit. This made exploring the city easy.
The room lacked air conditioning, so the temperature was uncomfortable. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night. The mini-fridge wasn't stocked with even basic water.

Really good Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
helpful team central location useful storage
The front desk team was helpful and allowed an early check-in. The location is central. The room included a cute table with a seating area and useful kitchen storage (it helped me to enjoy my takeaway). The bed had lovely sheets and bedding, contributing to restful sleep.
The breakfast offered a limited selection and the croissants were a bit stale.

The staff was very courteous when cute guests and provided useful information regarding the city. The receptionist was friendly and polite. She. It created a VIP experience.

Acceptable Stay, but Disappointing Aspects
poor cleaning rattling noise
The location is convenient for public transport users.
The room cleaning was not up to par I found a previous guest's stale coffee in the cups next to the coffee machine That's not exactly reassuring I also noticed a strange rattling noise at night, a minor annoyance that affected my sleep It was like being on a sailboat on a calm lake.
